Our Return and Refund Policy
An Author may terminate his/her publishing contract at any time per the terms set forth in the Publishing Agreement. Upon termination, all monies paid by the Author for publishing services that have not yet been commenced shall be returned within 30 days of termination.

Any member of the public who purchases a book through this site may return it for a full refund (less shipping / handling charges) if the book is returned unopened (meaning the cover has not yet been opened) and is still in new condition. A full refund will then be issued within 5 business days.

Privacy Statement
Mill City Press does not share customer information with ANYBODY. We do not share or sell email addresses, contact or purchase information with any other company. Ever.

Shipping and Delivery of our Products
All books ordered are sent as standard media mail, unless the customer chooses USPS 2-Day Priority Mail or Federal Express.
